Thank you for sharing your recipes. You have great recipes. I’m surprise that Andrew is so thin with all of the good food you make.

I used a lot of these for a project. My teacher told me she made your Red Velvet Cheesecake Bars, and they were beyond delicious. She gave me extra points!!! Hahahahaha!!!! Thank you!!!!!

I looked through your recipe index and saw some of the greek dishes I LOVE. I made your chicken gyros and tzatziki sauce and think that they taste just like the ones I get at our local authentic greek stand (a little trailer off the beach owned and operated by the funniest old greek guy you would ever meet!) anyway. I have some other authentic recipes, but can’t find a Tabouli/tabouleh that I like. I didn’t know if maybe you were up for the challenge? :) I can go to a market and get the best there is, but I can’t seem to duplicate it. I would LOVE it if you could help. I’m so glad someone introduced me to this site! I love it!!!!! I also just found “amandascookin.com” and think you might enjoy it too!!

I just came across your blog and LOVE IT. I especially love it because of the name, my father has called me sweet pea for as long as I can remember and he is the reason I am so passionate about cooking. Can’t wait to tackle some of your recipes, they all look so good I don’t know where to start!!

I used to do a lot of baking with my nan, but we stopped doing it and I haven’t done any since, a friend posted a link to your website on facebook and you have inspired me to start baking again, I have just had a little boy and would love to bake with him when he’s a bit older, so……..i’m going to attempt the red velvet cake balls, and was wondering, I am from the UK, can I use baking chocolate instead of the chocolate bark in recipes? it’s really hard to find over here!

    • Christina says:

      Meg,
For most recipes you can substitute baking chocolate for the chocolate bark. If you try any recipes I would love to hear how they turn out for you! Have fun baking with your son! :D
