Caramel pecan fudge

Looking for a delicious white chocolate fudge recipe? Not only is this a delicious homemade fudge recipe, but it is also so easy. This is microwave fudge. It doesn’t get any easier than that.



  • 3 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp. butter room temp
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup “thick” caramel sauce


  1. In a medium microwave safe bowl add your white chocolate chips, milk, and butter.
  2. Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds.
  3. Stir to mix.
  4. Place back in the microwave heat another 15 seconds.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Repeat steps until it is all melted.
  7. Stir until smooth.
  8. Add the your vanilla extract and chopped pecans.
  9. Stir to combine.
  10. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  11. Pour the chocolate mixture into the baking dish.
  12. Using a spatula to make sure it is spread evenly.Drizzle caramel sauce in lines on the fudge mixture.

  14. Slice into 1-inch squares.
  15. Store in a sealed container.
