These Cream Cheese Veggie Roll-ups are versatile and could have many different variations. The Herbs and veggies can be changed, the tortillas could be changed to different flavors.

When put on a serving plate, this will make them gorgeous and very colorful if you use plain tortillas, spinach tortillas, and tomato tortillas.

What variations can be made?

You could use a variety of vegetables such as bell peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, celery, and even shredded carrots. The tortillas can be changed to flavored tortillas. You can change up the herbs and any seasoning you may consider using.

Ingredients:

  • Tortillas
  • Cream cheese softened
  • Celery
  • Green onions
  • Red bell pepper
  • Green bell pepper
  • Ranch seasoning

How to make Cream Cheese Veggie Rollups:

Step 1. Mix together all of the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and all the vegetables in a mixing bowl and stir to combine.

Adding the ranch seasoning.

Adding the celery.

Adding the green onions.

Adding the red bell pepper and green bell pepper.

Step 2. Place a layer of the mixture down the center of each of the tortillas, and roll them tightly closed.

Step 3. Chill the tortillas for several hours and then slice to serve. Enjoy!

  • 8 oz. Cream cheese softened
  • C. Celery chopped
  • ¼ C. Green onions chopped
  • ¼ C. Red bell pepper chopped
  • ¼ C. Green bell pepper chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Ranch seasoning
