We love this recipe because it is an easy and delicious way to enjoy potatoes. The crispy and crunchy texture combined with the savory Parmesan cheese makes these potatoes a crowd-pleaser. They are perfect for a side dish or even as a snack.

What type of potato should I use for these potatoes?

You want to use potatoes that are starchy for this recipe. I find the best options are Baby Red potatoes. I looked for the baby-sized ones and cut them in half for quicker cooking.

How do I get these potatoes to be so crispy?

The baking tray is coated with Olive Oil before the Parmesan mixture is layered on. The potatoes are then pressed into the Parmesan mixture. After roasting, you will cut the Parmesan mixture in between the potatoes so that each potato comes out crunchy with the topping.

Could I use a different Potato?

I have made this dish with Russets and Yukon Gold potatoes. They come out just as crunchy and tasty as the Baby Reds.

  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make Crispy Crunchy Parmesan Potatoes:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2. Greased the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish with olive oil.
