This incredible, juicy Instant Pot Lamb Chops Recipe is succulent and unforgettable. When you dig into a plate of freshly cooked lamb chops, you will be blown away by how tender they are.



  • 1 pound {8-10) Lamb Chops
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Sambal Chili Garlic Paste
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Chicken broth
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


  1. Whisk together in a bowl brown sugar, ground ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sambal paste.
  2. Place lamb chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the marinade over chops.
  3. Save the rest for later.
  4. Seal and massage ingredients together.
  5. Marinate in the fridge 4 to 24 hours.
  6. Put Instant Pot onto Saute, put in 1 ½ tbs olive oil, let it come to Hot, add in lamb that has been marinating.
  7. Sear on one side for about 2 minutes, flip, saute for another 2 minute.
  8. Add the remaining sauce and ½ cup broth to the Instant Pot.
  9. Set on High Pressure for 2 minutes for medium.
  10. Let natural release for 15 minutes.
  11. Take meat out and let rest.
  12. Coat with sauce as needed.
  13. Put on saute for about 5 minutes or until thick.
  14. Serve
