I haven't always been a fan of grapes. In the past, I would indulge in them occasionally, but only if a family member bought them or a friend offered them to me. But that was until I tried this easy grape salad recipe. Picture juicy grapes covered in soft cream cheese, dressed in vanilla extract, and topped with pecans. Ingredients
1 - 16ozsour cream
1 - 16ozcream cheese, softened
1Csugar
1tsppure vanilla extract
2lbsgreen seedless grapes
2lbsred seedless grapes
2lbsstrawberries cut in half
2Cchopped pecans
Instructions
Using a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until combined and smooth
Beat in the sour cream and vanilla until combined
Fold in the fruit and 1 C of the pecans until coated completely
Spoon into a bowl, and garnish with remaining pecans
