1. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Set aside. 2. Unroll a package of refrigerated pizza crust onto a large cutting board. 3. Spread a light layer of pizza sauce over the dough. 4. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. 5. Carefully roll the dough to make a log shape. 6. Pinch the sides and using a pizza cutter or knife, slice into individual pieces. 6. Bake at 425 until the cheese is melted and rolls are a light golden brown. 7. Serve with pizza sauce.
