Allow me to introduce Fruit Salsa with Baked Cinnamon Chips, not only is it full of all the sweet and tart fruit flavors you crave but the delectable taste of cinnamon-infused throughout.
Ingredients
Fruit Salsa
2Golden Delicious Apples- peeled, cored and diced
3Kiwi’s- remove skin and dice
8ozcontainer of Raspberries
1Large container of Strawberries, diced
2TablespoonsWhite Sugar
1TablespoonBrown Sugar, packed
2Tablespoonsof Fruit Preserves
Cinnamon Chips
10Large Flour Tortillas
Butter flavored cooking spray or melted Butter
1cupWhite Sugar
2TablespoonsGround Cinnamon
Instructions
Grab a large bowl and combine Kiwis, Apples, Raspberries, Strawberries, White Sugar, Brown Sugar, and Fruit Preserves together.
Once everything is mixed completely, cover and chill in the fridge for at least 15-20 minutes. While the Fruit mixture is chilling, preheat your oven to 350 degreesF.
Now, take one four tortilla and coat each side with melted butter or the butter flavored cooking spray.
Sprinkle your desired amount of the Cinnamon Sugar mixture, then cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large greased baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until all tortilla wedges are baked. Allow wedges to cool down for 15 minutes.
