Ingredients
2lbs.Catfish fillets
1 ½C.Yellow cornmeal
1tsp.All-purpose flour
1tsp.Garlic powder
1tsp.Onion powder
1tsp.Accent seasoning
2tsp.Creole seasoning
½tsp.Lemon pepper seasoning
½tsp.Powdered crab boil seasoning
Oil for frying
Instructions
Add the cornmeal, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, accent seasoning, creole seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, and crab boil seasoning to a mixing bowl and stir to combine well.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Dredge the fish well in the coating and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Drain on a paper towel-lined plate before serving.
