Ingredients
1Stick of unsalted butter melted
½C.Granulated sugar
½C.Brown sugar
2tsp.Vanilla extract
1Large egg
½C.Sour cream
2Medium bananas mashed
2 ½C.All purpose flour
¾tsp.Baking soda
½tsp.Baking powder
Pinchof salt
½C.Mini chocolate chips
½C.Nuts chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the butter and sugars to a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.
Mix in the egg and vanilla followed by the sour cream and mashed bananas. Beat until well combined.
Place the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in the mixing bowl and beat until a smooth batter has formed.
Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
Drop the batter by the spoonful onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until browned and cooked through.
