Ingredients
10manicotti noodles, cooked
8ozricotta cheese
1/2cup4% milkfat cottage cheese
1/2tsp.dried basil
1/2tsp.dried thyme
1tsp.garlic powder
1tsp.onion powder
2cupsshredded chicken breast
2cupsmarinara sauce
1cupmozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a food processor, combine ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, basil, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, and chicken breast. Pulse about 5-6 times, or until fully combined.
Fold in mozzarella cheese and transfer to a large ziploc bag.
Pipe filling into each manicotti noodle and place into a large baking pan.
Pour marinara sauce over filled manicotti and sprinkle with more mozzarella cheese.
