Ingredients
2Onions , large, cut into wedges
1lbCajun smoked sausage
2lbBaby red potatoes , sliced in half
1lbSmoked turkey sausage
1tspPaprika
1tbspCajun seasoning
2tbspOlive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut the sausage into slices.
Add the meat, potatoes and onions to a large mixing bowl.
Pour the olive oil over the mixture, and season with the cajun spice, paprika, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat well.
