Ingredients
For the cake:
3Eggs, large
1boxVanilla cake mix
3tbspSour cream
½ cVegetable oil
¾cWater
For the topping:
½cButter , melted
½cDark brown sugar
1cPecans, Chopped
¼cCorn syrup
¼tspSalt
Instructions
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together the corn syrup, melted butter, brown sugar and salt in a mixing bowl.
Fold the pecans into the mixture.
Spread the mixture into a well-greased bundt pan.
Add all of the cake ingredients to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth.
Layer the cake batter into the bundt pan, and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Cool for 10-15 minutes, and then turn the cake out onto a plate or serving platter.
