Ingredients
15 ozStewed tomatoes
1lbLean Ground beef
32 ozBeef broth
1 Onion , chopped
1canMixed vegetables
½tspBlack pepper
1 tspBasil
1tspSalt
1 tspParsley, Chopped
15 ozDiced tomatoes, undrained
1 ½ cEgg noodles, uncooked
Instructions
Add the ground beef to a skillet with the onion, and saute until the meat is browned and onion has softened.
Drain the excess fat.
Mix in salt, pepper, stewed tomatoes, diced tomatoes and beef broth.
Stir in the mixed vegetables, parsley and basil. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Pour in the egg noodles, and boil for 8-10 minutes, or until the noodles have softened.
