A quick and easy no bake pie just like a giant Reeses cup! A rich milk chocolate shell and a creamy peanut butter filling. This heavenly homemade treat is decadent and delicious.
Ingredients
2½cupsmilk chocolate chips
1½tbspvegetable oil
1⅓cupconfectioners sugar
1cupgraham cracker crumbs
1¼cupcrunchy peanut butter
½cupsalted butter
Instructions
Spray a 9 inch tart pan with cooking spray and line the bottom of the pan with a circle of parchment paper. Lightly grease the parchment with additional cooking spray and set aside.
In a large microwave safe bowl heat the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in the microwave on HIGH for 30-45 seconds at a time. Stirring in between each interval. Repeat until the chocolate is smooth and melted.
Spread half of the melted chocolate over the bottom and up the sides of the tart pan with an offset spatula. Place the tart pan in the fridge to chill and harden while you prepare the filling.
To prepare the filling, combine the peanut butter and butter in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in the microwave on HIGH for 30-45 seconds at a time, stirring in between. Repeat until the peanut butter is melted and smooth.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the confectioners sugar and graham cracker crumbs until well combined. Pour in the melted peanut butter mixture and stir to fully incorporate.
Remove the tart pan from the fridge and spread the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate coating in an even layer using a spatula.
Pour the remaining chocolate over the peanut butter layer and smooth into an even layer with a spatula, making sure the chocolate reaches the sides of the pan.
Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
