Slow Cooker shredded beef is an easy set-it-and-forget-it meal the whole family will love! Tender pieces of braised seasoned beef becomes melt in your mouth tender in the crock pot. Flavorful, juicy, and could not be more simple to make!
Ingredients
3-4poundboneless chuck roast
1large onion
1cupbeef stock
2tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
1 1/2tablespoonsea salt
1tablespoonground black pepper
1teaspoongarlic powder
2teaspoonsItalian seasoning
Instructions
Add the sliced onions to the pot of the slow cooker in an even layer across the bottom and place the roast on top.
Use a fork to pierce several holes across the top of the roast to let the seasoning in and spread the worcestershire and beef broth over the roast.
Combine the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl and run generously over every side of the roast.
Cook on low for 8 hours until the roast is fall apart tender. Shred into pieces with two forks and serve over noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice.
