This brown sugar garlic chicken recipe is the perfect weeknight meal. It's easy to make, and the brown sugar and garlic give the chicken a delicious flavor. Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce
3 lbsChicken thighs, Boneless, skinless
¼ CSoy sauce
½ CDark brown sugar
¼ CChicken broth
8 ClovesGarlic, minced
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper and sriracha sauce to a pan over medium heat on the stove until the sugar is dissolved.
Place ½ of the sauce mixture into a 9x13 baking dish, and add the chicken on top of it.
Brush the remaining sauce over the chicken in the dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, basting twice as the meat cooks.
