Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce
3 lbsChicken thighs, Boneless, skinless
¼ CSoy sauce
½ CDark brown sugar
¼ CChicken broth
8 ClovesGarlic, minced
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the oven to 425 degrees before you start cooking. This will help the chicken cook more evenly. It'll also help ensure that the chicken is done when it's supposed to be.
Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and sriracha sauce to a pan over medium heat on the stove. Cook the sauce until the sugar dissolves. Stir the sauce consistently to prevent it from sticking and to help the sugar dissolve.
Place ½ of the sauce mixture into a 9x13 baking dish, and add the chicken on top of it.
Brush the remaining sauce over the chicken in the dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, basting twice as the meat cooks.
