Ingredients
8oz.Cream cheese
3C.Chicken, Shredded
2tsp.Minced garlic
⅓C.Green onions, Chopped
1C.Cheddar cheese, shredded
10Corn tortillas
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Place the cream cheese, chicken, minced garlic, green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir to combine until the cream cheese is melted.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat on the stove. Fry the tortillas for a minute or two on each side until golden, and then remove to drain on a paper towel-lined rack.
Roll the filling up in the fried tortillas, and place them seam side down in a 9x13 baking dish.
