Cinnamon Sugared Pecans

ground cinnamon

kosher salt

large cookie sheet with parchment paper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper
2. Using a hand beater, beat the egg white until frothy
3. Fold the pecans into the egg whites until coated evenly
4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, cinnamon and salt until combined
5. Mix into the pecans and toss until the pecans are coated
6. Spread evenly onto the cookie sheet
7. Place in the oven for 15 minutes
8. Allow to cool before enjoying!
