Roasted Banana & Pear Puree
halved crosswise and lengthwise
cut into wedges
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the bananas and pears on a prepared baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. When the pears are cool enough to handle, peel off the skins and discard.
Transfer bananas and pears to a food processor fitted with a metal blade.
Puree until smooth, adding water one tablespoon at a time, if necessary until desired consistency is reached. Serve warm.
