This Bundt Cake Breakfast Casserole is very versatile. You can change the meat to bacon or sausage. Instead of biscuits, try using a variety of bread such as White, Wheat and Sourdough. You could also use a 9x13 baking pan rather than a Bundt pan.
Ingredients
8oz.Diced ham
3C.Tater Tots frozen
12Large eggs
2C.Cheddar jack cheese
1Can refrigerated biscuits cut into fourths
¼C.Heavy whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together the ham, tater tots, cheese and cut up biscuits in a large bowl, and place it into a well greased bundt pan.
Whisk together the eggs and heavy whipping cream in a bowl, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the bundt pan, and bake for 40-45 minutes until the egg is cooked through.
Let cool for a few minutes, and then turn over onto a plate or platter to serve.
