If you're a fan of cheesecake as well as ice cream, then you're obviously aware of the many different flavors and types of both. Fortunately, this unique recipe combines both cheesecake and ice cream, for double the yumminess. Ingredients
1Reduced fat premade graham cracker crust
5oz.Softened cream cheese
1Can fat free sweetened condensed milk
¼C.Vanilla cake mix
1Box of Sugar free cheesecake instant pudding
8oz.Whipped topping
1tsp.Vanilla extract
Sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
Blend the cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy.
Add the vanilla extract, pudding mix, cake mix and sweetened condensed milk to the mixing bowl with the cream cheese, and blend until well incorporated.
Fold the whipped topping into the mixture by hand, until it is completely blended.
Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared pie crust and top with sprinkles for garnish.
Place the pie into the freezer to set for a minimum of 5-6 hours.
