Talk about a delicious dish! This is a savory dish that you will fall in love with. I usually call it unrolled Egg Rolls when I let the family know what dinner is. They go crazy over this meal, It is all the same flavors without the egg roll wrapper. This makes the dish easier to make and much quicker.
Ingredients
1 ½lbs.Ground beef
¼C.Soy sauce
1C.Chopped onion
1Bag shredded cabbage coleslaw mix
½C.Shredded carrots
3tsp.Minced garlic
2tsp.Ginger paste
2Tbsp.Sesame oil
Green onions for garnish
Instructions
Add one tablespoon of sesame oil to a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove.
Add the ground beef and onion to the skillet and saute until the meat is completely browned and the onion has softened.
When the meat is halfway browned, mix the shredded carrots into the skillet.
Toss the cabbage into the skillet, and cook until it begins to soften.
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger paste and other tablespoon of sesame oil. Mix to combine.
Pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients in the skillet, and stir to combine. Continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes before serving topped with freshly chopped green onions.
