Ingredients
¼C.Ketchup
¼C.Soy sauce
¼C.Pineapple juice
3Tbsp.Honey
1Tbsp.Rice wine vinegar
3tsp.Minced garlic
¼tsp.Ground ginger
2Tbsp.Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2lbs.Chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
1Red onion chopped into large pieces
1Bell pepper chopped into large pieces
2-3C.Pineapple chunks fresh or canned

Instructions
Add the ketchup, soy sauce, pineapple juice, honey, rice wine vinegar, minced garlic, ground ginger and oil to a bowl, and whisk until well combined.
Place the cut up chicken into a Ziploc bag,and pour the sauce mixture over it. Close the bag, and place into the refrigerator to marinate for at least one hour.
Preheat your indoor or outdoor grill, and brush it with oil.
If using wooden skewers on an outside grill, soak them in water before preparing them.
Fill the skewers with chunks of onion, pepper, the marinated chicken and pineapple chunks.
Cook the skewers on the grill until the chicken is cooked completely through, about 10 minutes.
