There's something about pepperoni pizza bread that just makes it so irresistible. It could be the delicious combination of cheese and pepperoni, or maybe it's the soft and chewy texture of the bread.
Ingredients
1Loaf frozen bread dough defrosted
½lb.Deli sliced pepperoni
2C.Shredded mozzarella cheese
2Tbsp.Butter unsalted and melted
A bit of flour for rolling out the dough
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Lay a bit of flour out on a clean dry surface.
Roll the defrosted dough out into a rectangular or oval shape about ¼ of an inch thick.
Layer the mozzarella along the top of the dough.
Place a layer of pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
Starting at one end, roll the dough into a log with the cheese and pepperoni on the inside.
Place the bread onto a parchment or silicone mat lined baking sheet, and brush with the melted butter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and browned on top. Slice and serve.
