Casseroles are a go to meal for many of us who are looking for a comforting, filling meal. There are so many types of casseroles available you could eat a different one every day and not repeat in a month or two. This casserole, however, is one you may want to turn to a few times throughout the month. It is filling, hearty tasty and so easy to make. To make it even better, it is made in the crockpot which is actually an even easier way to make it.
Ingredients
30oz.Shredded frozen hashbrowns
1lb.Diced ham
1Can Cream of onion soup
1Packet onion soup mix
1C.Sour cream
¼C.Melted butter unsalted
6oz.Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix
2C.Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
In the crockpot, combine the hashbrowns, diced ham, onion soup mix, cream of onion soup and sour cream. Mix to combine well.
Sprinkle the cheese on top of the ham and potato mixture.
Layer the stuffing on top of the cheese.
Drizzle the melted butter over the stuffing.
Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours.
