Ingredients
1tbspolive oil
1rotisserie chicken, shredded
2medium yellow onions, diced
4Cchicken broth
1tbspkosher salt
2bay leaves
1 - 8ozbag of baby carrots
1medium rib celery, chopped into ¼ in cuts
1tbspminced garlic
1/4teaspoondried thyme
1- 8ozbag of Egg Noodles
Fresh Parsley for garnish
Instructions
Using a large dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat and saute the onions and garlic until translucent
Add in the shredded chicken
Add in the chicken broth, baby carrots, celery, dried thyme, salt and bay leaves
Cover and let simmer until the carrots and celery are tender
Add in the egg noodles and continue to simmer until the noodles are tender
