When it comes to sharing food at Potlucks, this is a dish that everyone is going to like. It has a variety of flavors, tomatoes, green peppers, chicken, bacon as well as others. To save some calories, you can use a low fat mayonnaise or change it up for a Greek Yogurt in place of the mayonnaise.
Ingredients
8ouncescorkscrew-shaped pasta
¾cupItalian-style salad dressing
¼cupmayonnaise
2cupschopped, cooked rotisserie chicken
12slicescrispy cooked bacon, crumbled
1cupcubed Muenster cheese
1cupchopped celery
1cupchopped green bell pepper
8ouncescherry tomatoes, halved
1avocado - peeled, pitted, and chopped
Instructions
Cook pasta in boiling lightly salted water (boiled) stirring occasionally until cooked.
Drain and rinse under cold water.
Whisk Italian-style dressing and mayonnaise together in a large bowl.
Stir all ingredients into dressing until evenly coated.
