Ingredients
8oz.macaroni pasta, cooked as per directions on the box
6hard boiled eggs, ( diced yolk removed )
1/2cupmayonnaise
1tbsp.mustard
1tbsp.Ketchup
1tbsp.white vinegar
1tbsp.granulated sugar
1red onion, small , chopped
2ribs celery, chopped
1/2tsp.paprika
1/2tspSalt
1/2tsppepper
Green onions for garnish
Instructions
Cook macaroni per package instruction.
Drain and rinse and set aside in a large bowl.
Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
place the yolks in a small bowl.
Set to the side.
Chop the egg whites and add to the pasta bowl.
Add the chopped onion and celery to the pasta bowl.
Mash the egg yolks with a fork.
Add the mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and mustard.
Stir to combine.
Stir in egg yolk sauce to the pasta bowl and toss until combined.
