Ingredients
1 15.25ozbox white cake mix
1 3.4ozbox instant vanilla pudding
4large eggs
1/2Csour cream
1/2Csugar
3/4Ccanola oil
3/4Clime juice
1tsppure vanilla extract
1 9inchbundt cake
Cream cheese frosting
12ouncescream cheese, softened
4Cpowdered sugar
1tsppure vanilla extract
1/4tspkosher salt
Zest of key limes to garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray your bundt pan with baking spray, set aside
Using a standing mixer, combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream, sugar, oil, key lime juice and vanilla and beat until combined
Pour into a bundt pan and bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when poking the center
Allow to cool completely on the counter before removing from the pan
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
Combine all ingredients in your standing mixer and beat on high until smooth.
Beat in a few more tbsp of milk to allow the frosting to become almost lava like and pour smoothly out of a spoon
Place a wire rack over a cookie sheet and pour the frosting over the bundt cake
