Ingredients
1/2lb.red cabbage, shredded
1lb.white cabbage, shredded
1cupshredded carrots
1/4cupbuttermilk
1/2cupsour cream
1/3cupmayonnaise
1/3cupcilantro, lightly packed
1chipotle chili pepper in adobo sauce
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1tsppaprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Step1: Add buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro, chili pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to a blender and blend well.
