When all you want is to enjoy a creamy and beefy comfort food that is quick to whip up, this crockpot beef stroganoff can do a great job at settling those cravings. The combination of egg noodles, cream cheese, mushroom soup and stewed beef in this recipe is to die for.
Ingredients
2lbs.Stew meat cut into bite-sized pieces
2Can Condensed golden mushroom soup
1Large onion diced
2Tbsp.Worcestershire sauce
½C.Water
1tsp.Garlic salt
Few dashes of hot paprika
1Bag egg noodles
8oz.Cream cheese cut into pieces
Instructions
Mix together the soup, onion, worcestershire sauce, water, garlic salt and paprika in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Stir in the stew meat.
Place the lid on the slow cooker, and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove the lid, turn the temperature to high, place the cream cheese into the slow cooker, and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Whisk to combine well and serve over prepared egg noodles.
