of bacon cooked and crumbled

Shredded lettuce
½
C.
Fat free mayo

Tbsp.
Dijon mustard

C.
Light sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the macaroni, lettuce, tomato and bacon, stir to combine well.
Mix together the mayo, mustard, sour cream and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl.
Pour the sauce mixture over the noodle mixture in the large bowl, and toss to combine well.
Serve immediately or chill before serving if preferred.
