This piece of loaf transports me back to my granny's garden, it's a quick fix, the perfect mix of savory and piquant
Ingredients
1cupwarm water, 110 degrees F/45 degrees C
1dill pickle, chopped
1tablespoonbutter, softened
1tablespoondried minced onion
1teaspoondried parsley
½teaspoondried dill weed
¼teaspoonsalt
3 ⅛cupsbread flour
2teaspoonsactive dry yeast
Instructions
Using your bread machine, you will want to mix all of your ingredients together. Whisk it all together! Water, butter, dried minced onion, parsley, and dill weed. Along with salt, bread flour and active dry yeast. Fold in the chopped dill pickles.
You will want to use the white bread, medium crust setting and bake until your Dill Pickle Bread is golden. Make sure you allow it to cool completely before slicing.
