For the avocado crema:

Medium avocado
½
C.
Chopped cilantro

Jalapeno deseeded and finely chopped

Minced garlic
Juice from 2 limes

Plain Greek yogurt

Avocado oil

Instructions
In a bowl, combine 1 tsp. Chili powder, 1 tsp. Paprika, ½ tsp. Cumin, ½ tsp. Oregano, ½ tsp. Garlic powder, ½ tsp. Red pepper flakes and ½ tsp. Salt.
Season the shrimp with the spice mixture and the juice from one lime.
Heat 2 tbsp of avocado oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Add the shrimp and sear until cooked through.
In a food processor, combine the ingredients for the avocado crema. Blend until smooth.
Mix in a small amount of the avocado crema to the coleslaw mix, and stir to combine.
Layer some coleslaw mix on the tortillas and top with the cooked shrimp.
Drizzle the avocado crema on top of the tacos and garnish with cilantro before serving.
