Ingredients
6Medium flour tortillas
12oz.Philly cheesesteak meat
1C.Nacho cheese sauce
½C.Chopped bell peppers
½C.Chopped onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
Oil for frying
Parsley for garnish
Instructions
Heat some cooking oil in a deep sided skillet.
Fry the tortillas for 1 minute on each side until lightly browned and slightly crispy. Drain on a paper towel lined plate and fold into taco shell shapes while still warm.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the onions and pepper until tender. Remove and set aside.
To the same skillet, add the cheesesteak meat and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the seasoned meat to each of the fried tortillas.
Top with some of the cooked onions and peppers and a serving of the nacho cheese sauce.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
