6-8PiecesBacon, cooked
8PiecesVery Thin White Bread
8Campari Tomatoes
Lettuce
Mayonnaise
Toothpicks
Instructions
Cook the bacon and cut each piece into 4 small pieces.
Cut the tomatoes into 4 slices and cut the lettuce into small pieces.
Cut the crust off all the pieces of bread. Cut each piece into 4 equal squares.
Lay out 16 squares of bread and set a piece of lettuce on them followed by a tomato slice and piece of bacon.
Repeat thelayers by adding another square of bread, a piece of lettuce, a tomato slice, and finally a piece of bacon on top.
Push a toothpick through each BLT stack making sure all the layers are securely on the toothpicks.
Put some mayonnaise into a small plastic bag and snip a corner off. Drizzle the mayo over the tops of all the BLT bites.
