Cake:

Topping:
1tbspCinnamon
1tbspAll Purpose Flour
1cupPacked Brown Sugar
16tbspButter, Softened
Frosting:
1 ½cupSugar, Powdered
2tspVanilla Extract
4tbspMilk
4ozCream Cheese
Instructions
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients needed for the cake, and blend until creamy and smooth.
Layer the batter in a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Mix together the topping ingredients until well combined.
Spread the topping over the cake batter, and swirl to combine.
Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes.
Let cool for 30 minutes.
Blend together the frosting ingredients and spread over the cake while it is still a bit warm.
