3C.Shredded cooked chicken
2C.Shredded cheddar jack cheese
3Tbsp.All purpose flour
1Can diced green chilis
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the chicken, 1 cup of cheese, and salt and pepper to taste to a mixing bowl.
Fill the tortillas with the chicken mixture, and fold closed. Line the filled tortillas in a 9x13 greased baking dish.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Stir in the flour, and saute until combined and smooth.
Mix in the sour cream and chicken broth, and stir until smooth and creamy.
Add in the diced green chilis and salt to taste. Saute until the sauce thickens.
Pour the sauce over the tortillas and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
