2cupPecans, Finely Chopped
1cupUnsalted Sweet Cream Butter, Softened
⅔cupSugar
2cupLight brown sugar
4Large Eggs
2tbspPure vanilla extract
4 ½cupFlour
1tspBaking Soda
¼tspKosher Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Using a standing mixer, cream together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined and fluffy.
Using a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
Gradually beat in the dry ingredients until combined. Fold in the chopped pecans.
Using a small cookie scoop, scoop dough out onto the cookie sheets. Bake until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
