Ingredients
2large Eggs
Salt And Pepper To Taste
½tsp.Garlic Powder
2cupsBreadcrumbs
½tsp.Onion Powder
6Pork Chops, Boneless
3tbsp.Olive Oil
Instructions
Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
Cut each pork chop into strips.
Mix together the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper in a bowl.
Dip the pork chop pieces into the egg mixture.
Coat the pork chop pieces in the breadcrumbs.
Saute the pork chops in the oil over medium high heat for one minute on each side.
Transfer the pork to a baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
