Ingredients
3lb.Sirloin Stew Meat
3rbsp. Olive Oil
1Onion, Cut Into Wedges
⅛cupSteak Sauce
2tbsp.Butter
2cupsBeef Broth
2tsp.Garlic, Minced
1Packet Of French Onion Soup Mix
½tbsp.Horseradish
½tbsp.Dijon Mustard
8Oz.Mushrooms, Sliced
2tbsp.Cornstarch
2tbsp.Cold Water
1Bag Of Egg Noodles
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Instructions
Add the oil to a large pot over medium-high heat, and brown the beef in it.
Mix in the onion, broth, steak sauce, butter, beef broth, garlic, french onion soup mix, horseradish, dijon, and salt and pepper to taste.
Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 1 ½ hour.
Mix together the cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Cook the egg noodles and drain well.
Pour the cornstarch mixture into the pot, along with the mushrooms and egg noodles.
Cover and continue to simmer until the mushrooms have softened.
