This No Bake Black Forest Cake is so rich and filling, you'll want to take a bite out of it. The chocolate adds an additional level or complexity that leaves your taste buds satisfied with every chew!
Ingredients
1c C. Sour cream
1 Ready-made chocolate graham cracker or Oreo pie crust
2tspVanilla extract
1can Cherry pie filling
8 ozCream cheese softened
2tbsp Powdered sugar
1ContainerCool Whip topping thawed
⅓ cSugar
¼cCocoa powder
Instructions
Blend together the sugar and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
Mix in the sour cream.
Fold the whipped topping into the mixture.
Layer half of the mixture in the pie crust.
Mix the cocoa powder and powdered sugar into the remaining mixture, and then smooth over the first layer in the pie crust.
Chill for 8 hours and up to overnight.
Spoon the cherry pie filling over the pie slices when serving.
