This simple strawberry brownie recipe uses a strawberry cake mix and common ingredients for the easiest brownies you’ve ever made. Sweet, chewy, and irresistible, these brownies are full of strawberry flavor and are ooey-gooey and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

1 box strawberry cake mix
2 large eggs
⅓ cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Glaze Ingredients:

¾ cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoon strawberry jam
1 ½ tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon cream cheese

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F, and grease an 8x8 square baking pan with butter or oil. The grease will prevent the gooeyness of the batter from sticking to the pan. This will also prevent you from needing to soak your pan well after the brownies are done.
Add the strawberry cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract to a large bowl and combine well.
Pour the brownie batter into the greased baking pan.
Bake at 350°F for 18-22 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean. You want it not be done all the way.
To prepare the glaze, add the powdered sugar, strawberry jam, cream cheese, and milk to a small bowl and whisk together until smooth.
Spread or drizzle the glaze over the cooled brownies and serve!
