St. Patrick's Day M&M Cookie Bars are a quick and easy homemade cookie bar that takes minimal effort to throw together. Bake up this St. Patrick’s Day Dessert to serve your family or a crowd.
Ingredients
½Cunsalted sweet cream butter, softened
½Clight brown sugar, packed
¼Csugar
1large egg
½tsppure vanilla extract
½tspbaking soda
¼tspbaking powder
11/2Cflour
¾Cgreen M&M’s
¾Csemi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Then in a stand mixer or large bowl, cream your softened butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.
In a bowl whisk your dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Slowly mix in the dry ingredients to the wet, until fully combined.
Fold in your M&M’s and chocolate chips.
Pour into the baking dish and make sure evenly spread.
Top with extra M&M’s if you want and chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cookie bar is fully cooked.
Remove and place on the cooling rack. Once cooled, slice and serve.
