130gmsRefined flour
1tspBaking powder

115gramsButter, melted
1/4 cupMilk, room temperature
2Eggs
2tbspOrange juice
1/2large mandarin, Zest
150gmsSugar powdered
2tspCurd
2tspHoney
1tspVanilla extract
Butter Cream Frosting Ingredients
1cupButter
2 cupsPowdered sugar
1tspVanilla extract
Instructions
In a bowl mix the wet ingredients together. Add the butter and sugar and mix till it changes color. Add the eggs one at a time. Add curd, vanilla extract, honey & mix well.
Sift the dry ingredients together (refined flour, salt, baking powder). Add the zest and mix.
Start adding the dry mix to the wet mix, alternating it with milk.
Lastly, add the orange juice and give it one final mix.
Bake at 180°C for 18-20 mins or till a toothpick comes out clean.
Butter Cream Frosting method:
Beat the butter for 4-5 mins at high speed till it becomes light and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix.
Slowly start adding the sugar little at a time and beat till you get desired consistency. (It should hold shape)
