Ingredients
3oz.Cream cheese softened
3Large Eggs
1tsp.Vanilla extract
½tsp.Cinnamon
Pinchnutmeg
2Tbsp.Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture onto a buttered pan or griddle over low to medium-low heat, and cook for a minute or two on each side until done to your liking.
