Ingredients
8oz.Rotini pasta cooked to your liking
1lb.Boneless skinless chicken thighs cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
2C.Spaghetti sauce
1tsp.Italian seasoning
15oz.Diced tomatoes drained
1C.Mozzarella cheese
2tbsp.Butter unsalted
⅓C.Panko bread crumbs
⅓C.Parmesan cheese
¼tsp.Garlic powder
2Tbsp.Chopped parsley
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a deep-sided ovenproof skillet or well-greased 9x9 baking dish, stir together the sauce, diced tomatoes, chicken, and Italian seasoning.
Add the cooked noodles to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
Layer the mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture.
Mix together the butter, panko crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and chopped parsley in a bowl until well combined.
Spread the topping mixture over the top of the cheese on the casserole.
