8 oz. Rotini pasta cooked to your liking

1 lb. Boneless skinless chicken thighs cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces

2 C. Spaghetti sauce

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

15 oz. Diced tomatoes drained

1 C. Mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp. Butter unsalted

β…“ C. Panko bread crumbs

β…“ C. Parmesan cheese

ΒΌ tsp. Garlic powder

2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley

How to make Chicken Parmesan Casserole:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2. In a deep-sided ovenproof skillet or well-greased 9×9 baking dish, stir together the sauce, diced tomatoes, chicken, and Italian seasoning.

Step 3. Add the cooked noodles to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.

Step 4. Layer the mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture.

Step 5. Mix together the butter, panko crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and chopped parsley in a bowl until well combined.

Step 6. Spread the topping mixture over the top of the cheese on the casserole.
