red bell peppers

cut into thick chunks

green bell peppers

cut into thick chunks

yellow peppers

cut into thick chunks

large yellow onion

cut into small chunks

Italian herb blend

tsp.
Cayenne pepper
½
tsp.
Smoked paprika
½
tsp.
Dried Parsley
fresh-ground black pepper to taste

grated Mozzarella
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Heat a little olive oil in a large cast iron pan.
Start to brown the sausage over medium-high heat, turning occasionally to brown on all sides.
Set to the side.
Add the peppers, and onions to the cast iron pan over medium - high heat.
Cook until just until they’re starting to soften, about 4 minutes.
Season the peppers italian herbs, cayenne, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
Toss to evenly coat.
Layer the browned sausage over the peppers mix and sprinkle with desired amount of grated mozzarella.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve hot.
